By the way in every 2-sided business the side you need to care the most about is ALWAYS the supply side: Airbnb hosts, Amazon sellers, Uber drivers, and, yes, Google users and Facebook users (NOT advertisers). Caring only about demand = recipe for disaster (Uber until recently).
